Wellness Phone Call or In-Person Check-Ins
Scheduled daily, weekly, or multi-daily calls checking mood, medications, meals & safety. Every call is documented. Write a family report after every call. Available in English & French.
Appointment Transportation
Door-to-door, fully assisted transport to any appointment — medical, dialysis, pharmacy, government. We walk with you inside. We wait. We assist with paperwork & language.
Helping Hands – Visitation – Housekeeping – Grocery pick up – And More
Vacuuming, mopping, laundry, kitchen & bathroom cleaning. We travel to the client’s home or supported living space and bring all supplies. Minimum 2-hour booking.

✓Enroll in Nebraska HCBS Medicaid Waiver for government-funded clients

✓Expand to a team of 3 bilingual caregivers by Year 2

The founder of Lynn’s Wellness Center LLC has spent many years compassionately caring for seniors and supporting families in the Omaha community. With a passion for helping older adults live with dignity, comfort, and independence, Lynn’s Wellness Center was created to provide dependable, personalized, and heartfelt care. Serving seniors is more than a profession — it is a lifelong calling rooted in compassion, respect, and excellence.
